How do I get a quote?
Send us a WhatsApp, call or use the form. For regular cleans we arrange a short visit to the home or property, about 15–20 minutes, so we can see what you need and give you a clear price.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners work in teams of two and bring all their own equipment and professional cleaning products.
Will I have the same cleaners?
Yes. For regular cleaning we send the same team each time, on the day and time you choose.
What if my cleaners are on holiday or can't come?
We carry on through the year if you want us to. Another of our teams covers, even if it isn't your usual time slot; we'll always try to keep to it.
Which areas do you cover?
Chelmsford and the area around it, up to about 30 minutes away: Galleywood, Danbury, Stock, Witham, Maldon, Brentwood and the villages in between.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, a minimum of 3 hours per cleaner for each visit.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Every cleaner is interviewed and their references are checked before they work with us, and the team holds a basic DBS check. We have public liability insurance through AYS Insurance, which covers the housework we do inside your home; work outside the home isn't covered.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Call or message us and tell us what wasn't right. We come back and put it right.
