Information on this site

The content on this website is general information about our cleaning services. Driving times are typical times from Chelmsford city centre in normal traffic and are a guide. Prices shown are our standard rates; the price for your clean is the one we confirm with you, and a minimum of 3 hours per cleaner applies to each visit.

Quotes and bookings

Sending a message or a form doesn't create a contract. We confirm a price, and the clean goes ahead once we've agreed the day and time with you.

Photos and content

The before and after photos of the oven on this site are from our own job. Other photos illustrate our services and are not photos of customers' homes. The text, photos and logo belong to Cristall Cleaning Services or are used with permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Liability

We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
